Passenger Safety
Make passenger needs part of the conversation.
Safety is an important part of planning group travel. Before confirming your journey, discuss the arrangements relevant to your passengers, route and occasion.
Questions to raise before you travel
- Which vehicle and seating arrangements are available for your group?
- What boarding, luggage and accessibility arrangements are needed?
- How will pickup points, stops and journey contacts be agreed?
- What supervision arrangements are needed for school groups?
Ask about applicable safety arrangements when enquiring; confirm the details before travel.

Reliable group transportation begins with understanding your journey.
Our focus is straightforward: group transportation that serves the needs of the people travelling and the organisers coordinating them.
